When is the Enterprise Edition available?

How is Enterprise different from the free Community Edition?
Community is free and single-developer (bring your own Anthropic key). Team ($99/dev/mo) adds the Hub, BYO-Claude (your own key, AI gateway, Bedrock, or Vertex), and basic SSO. Enterprise goes further: Claude in your own cloud (Bedrock or Vertex) inside your VPC so data never leaves your infrastructure, plus SAML enforcement, SCIM, RBAC, and audit-log streaming.
Which clouds and providers can we use for Claude?
Bring your own Claude, however your org provides it: a direct Anthropic key, your AI gateway (LiteLLM, Portkey, Cloudflare, Azure), Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex. Enterprise runs Claude in your own cloud — Bedrock or Vertex, inside your VPC — so your data and usage never leave your infrastructure. For a lighter setup, Team points at your org’s gateway or cloud. We don’t resell or mark up tokens.
Do you store our ServiceNow credentials?
No — we never ask for them. Engineer connects through each user’s existing ServiceNow session, under their own permissions. There are no separate credentials to enter or store.
Can it change things automatically?
Only with approval. Write mode is off by default, every change is gated behind an explicit plan-and-approve step, and Enterprise adds central audit and production lockout on top.
