What does the certification process involve?
Security scanning, performance testing, code quality checks, and documentation review. You’ll need to be a ServiceNow Build Partner with vendor instances provisioned through the Technology Partner Program (TPP). We develop and submit on your vendor instances, and handle all reviewer feedback. See our certification guide for the full process.
