We read all 1,653 partner listings on the ServiceNow Store. 158 are certified to Yokohama and nothing newer—the oldest release still inside the supported window—so they fall out of it when Brazil ships.
The dictionary read-only checkbox became a four-option choice. Fields built before Australia default to a mode whose behaviour is set on the customer's instance, not by your app—so the same certified app can protect data differently for different customers.
