How Our Prices Work
What every price includes, and what it doesn’t
- Fixed, never hourly. You get the price and a submission date in writing before any work starts.
- US$3,000 or less per job. Larger work, such as a new app, is split into fixed-price stages, each agreed before it starts.
- ServiceNow decides certification. We can’t promise its decision or its review time; we promise the work in your quote.
- Not included: new features and listing changes. Each is quoted as its own job first.
- What we need from you: access to your vendor instance and your current test plan.
Common Questions
Which job does my app need?
If your app hasn’t changed and a new family release is out, a release certification. If you’ve changed the code or the listing, a fix pack, quoted from a check. If it integrates with Vulnerability Response and isn’t on ServiceNow’s list of USEM integrations, start with the USEM check.
Why would a Vulnerability Response integration need a USEM check?
ServiceNow says “USEM will become the required version of VR starting with the Brazil platform release”. Many integrations will need no code change, but customers upgrading will ask whether yours works. The check answers that, in writing, before they ask.
What if the work grows past the quote?
We stop and quote it before doing it. A fix pack covers the findings list it was quoted from. Anything beyond that list is a second pack, priced the same way and agreed first. You never get an hourly bill.
What happens if ServiceNow’s review raises a finding?
On a release certification, one resubmission is free when the finding is on what we tested. A finding in code we didn’t change becomes a fix pack, quoted first. ServiceNow decides certification, so no one can promise its outcome or its review time.

Yes. A new app is quoted after a free scoping call, as fixed-price stages of US$3,000 or less, each agreed before it starts. Our process sets out the phases, and the Store App Planner gives you the path and a calendar.
