AI Interview

A 30-minute AI-powered screening interview at your own pace. No scheduling, no waiting. We review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Practical Exercise

A short build of about two to three hours, in your own time, in an environment we provide. You get a deadline and we do not send reminders—if you need longer or get stuck, just tell us before it. Showing us where you got stuck is worth as much as a finished build.
Conversation

One 45-minute video call. We walk through what you built, then talk about how you reason about a system you have not seen before. No trick questions and no whiteboard puzzles.
Offer

A formal offer with a clear CTC breakdown—fixed salary, fixed annual bonus, and all perks laid out upfront.

Questions About Working Here

What are the working hours?

We work on UK business hours—roughly 1 PM to 10 PM IST. You’re expected to be available during this window for client calls, collaboration, and delivery. It’s a fixed schedule, not a flexible overlap.

Do you hire employees or contractors?

Both. We work with contractors on project-based engagements and full-time team members for ongoing roles. We’ll discuss the right structure during the hiring process based on what works for both sides.

Do I need ServiceNow certifications to apply?

Preferred, not required. We care more about demonstrated platform depth, architectural thinking, and communication than personal ServiceNow certifications (such as CSA or CAD). You’ll grow through real project work and AI-powered development.

What does onboarding look like for a remote hire?

Structured first two weeks: platform access, code walkthrough on a live project, and intro calls with each team member. The two weeks also include a defined “first contribution” task with clear scope. You’ll know what good looks like before you ship anything client-facing.

Can contractors become full-time team members?

Yes. Several of our team members started as project contractors and transitioned into ongoing roles. We prefer growing with people we already trust over recruiting fresh for every engagement.
