Paid Observation Period

A 2–4 week paid trial at your full offered salary rate. Work on real project tasks, meet the team, and see if it’s a mutual fit—with no financial risk to you.

Do you hire employees or contractors?

Both. We work with contractors on project-based engagements and full-time team members for ongoing roles. We’ll discuss the right structure during the hiring process based on what works for both sides.

Do I need ServiceNow certifications to apply?

Preferred, not required. We care more about demonstrated platform depth, architectural thinking, and communication quality than paper certifications. You’ll grow your skills through real project work and AI-powered development practices.

What does onboarding look like for a remote hire?

Structured first two weeks: platform access, code walkthrough on a live project, intro calls with each team member, and a defined “first contribution” task with clear scope. You’ll know what good looks like before you ship anything client-facing.

Can contractors become full-time team members?

Yes. Several of our team members started as project contractors and transitioned into ongoing roles. We prefer growing with people we already trust over recruiting fresh for every engagement.
