This policy explains how XpertApps, operated by QuoDroid Software Development Private Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. In short: this website sets no cookies of its own. No third party sets one here either. Our measurement uses no cookies. You can opt out of its events from any page’s footer or section 4, but not out of our server logs (section 3a).

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and understand how you interact with the site. Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (“first-party cookies”) or by third-party services operating on that website (“third-party cookies”).

2. How We Use Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. It is a set of static pages with no login and no basket, so there is nothing for a first-party cookie to remember. The two things it can keep in your browser use the browser’s own storage instead, and section 5 lists them. The only cookies you may encounter come from the third parties named in section 3, and only if you use the features they power.

Analytics Without Cookies

We measure website usage ourselves, without cookies and without any third-party analytics service. Our measurement stores nothing on your device. The only thing it reads there is your opt-out, if you have set one (section 4). We do not track you across other websites or build a profile of you over time.

Measurement works in two ways. Our web server records a log entry for each request, in the ordinary way that web servers do. Separately, a small script on the page reports interaction events by requesting a one-pixel image from our own domain. Neither method sets a cookie or writes anything to your device.

The table below lists every event the script sends, and what each one carries. No event includes anything you type into a form.

Every event also carries the page’s path, the version of the site, and a random number that stops your browser reusing an earlier request. If the page’s address carries our link labels (via, from, plan, utm_source or utm_campaign), the event repeats them. These labels name the link or campaign you followed. We never put personal identifiers in them.

Each event is a request to our own server, so it is logged like any page request: with your IP address and browser details. We delete those logs after 90 days (section 3a). The script sends no events at all if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or if you opt out (section 4).

The Store App Planner

The Store App Planner sets no cookies either. Your answers travel in your plan’s link after the #, the part of an address that browsers never send to a web server. So your answers never reach our server logs or events. The one exception is the optional “What best describes you?” before the first question. It is not part of your plan, and if you answer it, we count your choice.

The server sees which plan page opened, and whether you came from the questions or reopened a saved or shared link. The planner’s events, listed below, add which question you reached, which plan you got and what you did with it. If you open the contact form from a plan, its address also tells the server which plan it was.

If you choose to contact us from your plan, the page keeps a written copy of it in your browser’s session storage. That way your plan is already in the message when the contact form opens.

Session storage belongs to the tab your plan is open in and is deleted when you close that tab. The copy reaches us only if you send the form, and it is used for nothing else. It only carries what you entered on to the form you chose to open. So it is strictly necessary for that feature and needs no consent.

3. Third-Party Cookies

No third-party service sets a cookie on this website. The contact form goes to our own server, which sets none.

We do not use any third-party analytics service, so no analytics provider sets cookies on this website.

Other services receive data when you use this site, without setting cookies here. Two of them power features you choose to use:

• Buttondown – sends our newsletter for us. If you subscribe, it receives your email address and any first name you give.
• Calendly – our booking links open Calendly’s own site. Its booking pages run under Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy, including its use of cookies.

Our pages load no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Our Privacy Policy names every service that receives your data, including our hosting and our mailbox.

3a. Server Logs

Our content delivery network records a standard access log for each request to this website. Each entry includes the IP address the request came from, the full address requested, and the referring page. Each entry also includes the browser’s user-agent string and the time of the request. This is ordinary web server logging rather than a cookie or device-based technology, and it happens whether or not scripts are enabled in your browser.

Our content delivery network also writes a second log with three fields for each request. They are the date, the request’s random identifier and the country it came from, worked out from the IP address. This log holds no IP address and is deleted after 14 days. We use it only to count page views by broad region: India, the UK, the US and Canada, Europe, and the rest of the world. Only page views our script reports are counted, so opting out leaves you out, and we never count by city. For days before this log existed, or any day it misses, we estimate the region from the network location that delivered the page.

We use these logs for aggregate statistics, such as how often each page is read, and to keep the site secure. We also use them to filter out automated crawlers and to diagnose errors. The statistics are counts: we do not use the logs to identify or follow individuals. We do not combine them with any other source to do so.

An IP address may constitute personal data, and we process it on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website. Logs are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days. Totals derived from the logs, with no IP address or browser details, are kept for comparison over time. You can object to this use of your data; see “Your Rights” in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your Choices

Opting out of measurement

Because our measurement uses no cookies, browser cookie settings cannot switch it off. Use the button below, or the same button in the footer of every page. It takes effect at once, on the page you are on, and sends nothing to us itself.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage on this device only. If your browser blocks local storage, the button cannot save your choice, so use Global Privacy Control instead. Storing the record of your own objection is strictly necessary to honour it, so it needs no consent and is used for nothing else.

Opt out of measurement

We also honour the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals automatically. If your browser sends either, the script sends no events, and you need do nothing here.

Opting out stops the script’s events. It cannot stop our web server recording each page it serves you. That record is created by the request itself, before any script runs, and it still counts towards our page totals (section 3a).

Managing cookies generally

This site sets no cookies of its own, but your browser settings let you view, block and delete cookies from any site. Blocking third-party cookies will not affect how this website works.

5. Cookie and Storage Duration

Cookies can be either “session” or “persistent” cookies, and browser storage works in a similar way:

• Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser
• Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you manually delete them
• Local storage keeps an item on your device until the site removes it or you clear the site’s data in your browser
• Session storage keeps an item for one browser tab only, and deletes it when you close that tab
