What is on the XpertApps Engineer roadmap?
The roadmap is organised into Now, Next, and Later. Now is the free, serverless Community Edition, in design partners’ hands today. Next is the Team edition, in active development, adding accounts, seats, multi-tenant workspaces, SSO, and tracker integrations. Later is the Enterprise edition, adding Claude in your own cloud, SCIM, SIEM audit-log streaming, self-host, and SOC 2 Type II.
What is available now versus next versus later?
Now — the Community Edition: a free, serverless, bring-your-own-key ServiceNow build assistant with plan-and-approve write mode and on-device PII redaction.
Next — the Team edition: the Hub with accounts and seats, a BYO-Claude connection picker, basic SSO, and Jira, Trello and GitHub integrations.
Later — the Enterprise edition: Claude in your own cloud, SCIM provisioning, SIEM audit streaming, self-host, and SOC 2 Type II.
Does the XpertApps Engineer roadmap include release dates?
No. The roadmap shows direction, not dates. Priorities are reprioritised with design-partner feedback, and we would rather ship the right thing than hit a promised date.
