Common Questions
Is the extension free, and how does billing work?
The extension is free to install from the Chrome Web Store; a paid access key activates the AI backend. Plans are billed per developer, per month (see the options above). Top-up credits can be purchased anytime and never expire. We're currently in a design-partner programme — book a demo for current terms.
BYOK or managed — which should I choose?
With Bring Your Own Key you supply and manage your own Anthropic API key — uncapped usage, and you hold the Anthropic contract. With the managed plans (Build and Pro) we run inference through AWS Bedrock in UK/EU regions and include the Claude usage in one bill — nothing to manage, with a zero-data-retention-equivalent posture.
Where are my ServiceNow credentials stored?
Locally in your browser only. They're sent per session over an encrypted connection and never persisted on our servers.
Can it change things in my instance automatically?
Only with your approval. Write mode is off by default, and every create, update, or delete is gated behind an explicit plan-and-approve step.
Which ServiceNow versions are supported?
Any version — the tool works against the standard ServiceNow REST API, so there's no platform plugin to install.
How do we get access for a team?
Book a demo and tell us how many developers you'd like to onboard. We'll provision keys and help with rollout.
