What does the certification process involve?
ServiceNow says “Certification has two tracks”: App review and Listing review (KB1270874). You’ll need to join ServiceNow’s Build Program, which provides your vendor instances. We develop and submit on your vendor instances, and handle the reviewer feedback. See our certification guide for the full process.
Do you work with existing apps or only new builds?
Both. We build new apps from scratch, and we take existing apps through release certification or recertification. Changes to an existing app are scoped as new work and recertified with the change.
