What if our requirements change mid-project?
Scope changes happen. We handle them with a lightweight change request process—you get a written summary of the impact on timeline and cost before we proceed. Nothing changes without your explicit approval.
Who is our main point of contact?
You have a single senior developer as your primary contact throughout the engagement. They are in every demo, in the certification submission, and in the support phase. No bait-and-switch to junior resources after sign-off.
Where does development happen?
We can start prototyping in a PDI (Personal Developer Instance), but PDIs have limitations—no Store app installs, a 10-day inactivity reclaim policy, limited storage and performance, single-user access only, and no email functionality. For Store-bound apps, you need to be a ServiceNow Build Partner with vendor instances provisioned through the Technology Partner Program (TPP). We develop and submit for certification on your vendor instances.
Once certified and listed on the ServiceNow Store, your customers install the app onto their own instances—typically dev, test, and production—and manage deployment through their own release process.
Who owns the code when the project is done?
You do—full IP transfer at project completion. The update set and Store listing credentials are all yours. We retain no rights to the work we deliver.

ServiceNow’s certification review typically takes 3–5 weeks from submission to approval. The exact timeline depends on how well the app meets certification requirements—which is why we build for compliance from sprint one.
